PAL was developed to help you improve your potential for learning. It incorporates four selections with specially blended Hemi-Sync frequencies to guide you into focused, whole-brain states of consciousness.
The Hemi-Sync sound patterns on these recordings help you achieve and sustain synchronized brain-wave activity in both hemispheres of your brain - an optimal condition for improving human performance. Remembrance contains music and Hemi-Sync. Other selections contain verbal guidance and/or subtle sound effects and Hemi-Sync.
Recommended for ages 15 and up.
Contains Hemi-Sync frequencies. Do not drive or operate machinery while listening to this recording.
While not imperative, headphones recommended for optimal results.
