  
Joshua Leeds is a composer, music producer, educator, and sound researcher. He is one of few published authorities in the exciting new field of psychoacoustics - the study of the effects of music and sound on the human nervous system.
As founder and director of the production company, Resonant Forte, Joshua collaborates with leaders in health, neurodevelopment, psychology, and productivity. His application-specific soundtracks are used in offices, homes, clinics, and classrooms around the world.

Joshua is the author of The Power of Sound (Healing Arts Press, 2001) and Sonic Alchemy (InnerSong Press, 1997). His books are currently published in English, Chinese, Hebrew, and Russian. Numerous American and European magazine publications include the peer-reviewed American Journal of Acupuncture, Open Ear Journal, New Age Retailer, Nyt Aspect, and Caduceus.
Joshua teaches psychoacoustics to musicians, healthcare and education professionals. He is on the core faculty of The California Institute of Psychoacoustics (San Francisco), and presents seminars and consultations internationally.
He is the founder of Sound-Remedies.com, an online educational resource and catalog of application-specific audio programs, books, and videos.
