If you would like to pay by check or money order, You can download an order form and mail or fax it to us. You can also call us at (800) 788-0949 and we will send an order form in the mail.

ORDERING BY FAX: Our fax line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Fax your order with your credit card information to (805) 485-1801. You can download an order form and fill it out by hand.
ORDERING BY PHONE: Operators are available 8:00-6:00 M-F. Our toll-free voice mail is available after hours, seven days a week. Call us at (800)788-0949 and have your credit card ready!
ORDERING BY EMAIL: Send us an Email at order@sound-remedies.com. Please include title, code #, quantity, your name and address, name and address for order delivery (if different than yours), credit card # with expiration date.
ORDERING ON-LINE: Sound-Remedies.com is a secure site on Yahoo!.com. To order on-line, simply press the order button on the bottom of each product page. You may change your order at any time prior to the final sale. If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been electronically completed, either send us an Email at info@sound-remedies.com or call and leave instructions at (800)788-0949.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic US shipping is by USPS or UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic delivery. International shipping is via air mail with charges added afterwards.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
DOMESTIC DELIVERY: Depending on order value and/or quantity, we ship via the following three methods: US First Class, USPS 3-Day Priority Mail, or UPS. $5.50 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item. A $1-$3 surcharge may apply to heavier items such as books or multi-recording sets.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY: UPS 2nd-Day Air is available within the continental USA for an additional $8.25 per package. Please indicate "2nd Day Air" on your order. This additional fee will be added to your total order cost.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Unless arranged otherwise, all international orders will ship via US Postal Service Express Mail or UPS. This allows us to insure and track the package in the event of delivery delay. Actual shipping fees plus $5.00 for handling will be added to your order after you've placed it. You will not see the shipping/handling charges on your initial order; they will be added after order is shipped.
A surcharge may apply to heavier items such as books or multi-recording sets.

RETURN POLICY

Sound Remedies takes great pride in the music we distribute. If a recording does not meet your expectation we will gladly refund your money or replace it for you, once you have returned the original recording with undamaged CD or cassette cases and printed materials. In the event materials have been damaged, there will be a $3.00 fee per item.
Refunds or exchanges must take place within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping and credit card fees are not included in any return calculation. Individual items from package sets are not returnable. Return policy applies to audio recordings only.
In the unusual event that a recording is defective, we ask that you return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange. Additional shipping charges do not apply to exchanges for defective merchandise.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
On the bottom right of the receipt accompanying your order, you will find a peel-off label with your name at the top and Sound-Remedies c/o 4th Way Fulfillment at the bottom. Simply repack your order to avoid damage, put this label on the package, and provide adequate postage. Please include instructions as to a refund or an exchange.
